Drawing on an extensive background in real estate and wealth management, Ezri Shechter is the founder of Norkez Properties, a real estate investment firm that he established in 2014. In addition, Ezri Shechter is a former owner and branch manager at the New Jersey-based Centrade, where he oversaw employee recruitment, marketing, and strategy implementation.

During his 16 years with the firm, Mr. Shechter helped decrease costs by 18 percent while increasing revenues by 85 percent. He also reinvented the company’s marketing strategy to focus on parts of the industry that were underserved, as well as maintaining a network of high net worth clients.

Before starting his career, Mr. Shechter attended Baruch College, which he graduated from with honors with an MBA in management in 2004. He has been an instructor at the university since 2007, a role in which he helps students gain real-life experience.

Ezri Shechter is involved in the Shomrei Emunah East synagogue, which he co-founded. He also enjoys spending time with his children as a coach with their soccer and football teams.
